Frequently Asked Questions

How much does dog waste removal cost?

Cost of service varies based on 3 primary factors: How large the space being scooped is, How many dogs use the space, and how frequently you'd like us to scoop. Each situation is unique and we'll work with you to find a solution that works. For our recurring options, our clients typically spend between $12-25 weekly on average.

Do you service yards without a fence?

Absolutely! One of the reasons we do a consultation before our first scoop is to ensure we know the areas of your yard you want targeted, whether that be because they're "popular" spots, or unmarked limits for an electric fence, lead, or property line. We won't be able to send you a picture of a closed gate behind us when we leave, though. Sorry.

Do I need to be home?

Not even a little! In fact, the majority of our clients prefer that we don't disturb them. Home or not, you'll still receive a text when we're on our way, and when we finish up. If a gate has a code or key, we'll figure out how that will work during the initial consult. We also accept several different remote payment options to keep this as contactless as you'd like.

Do you clean dog poop from concrete or decks?

Every day! My dogs love to go all sorts of places that aren't green, especially in inclement weather. We bring specific tools and solutions for dealing with waste on patios, sidewalks, driveways, and decks.

Do you service multiple-dog households?

Yes! The more the merrier! Additional dogs in the household will be accounted for when we meet for the first time to discuss and solidify pricing for service.

What happens if it rains or snows?

I've got a poncho in the truck.

But in all seriousness, we'll likely honor your service day in the rain or snow. Only in the event of dangerous weather conditions will we reschedule you, but we'll always communicate that to ensure you're both aware and agree to the reschedule time.

Do you provide one-time cleanups?

Yes! One-time cleanups are a distinct service we offer separate from any recurring schedule. These are popular in the spring, or before hosting something on your property. If you're considering booking a recurring cleaning, if there is significant accumulation during the first pickup, a full or partial "one-time" fee may be assessed to get us on track for regular cleaning schedules.

Do you take the waste with you?

Yes and No. Whenever possible, and with your permission, we dispose of double bagged waste in your own waste bins on site. This helps us minimize our overhead and keep our rates lower for you. However, we'll take it with us if we need to and dispose of it off your property in the event your bin isn't accessible, or you don't want it placed there.

What's in the sprayers you carry?

One contains a bleach solution that is used for sanitizing our equipment between yards, we don't want to bring anything from one yard to another for everyone's health and safety. Another contains a pet & grass safe enzyme solution we use to deodorize and break down tough spots after pickups as well as cleaning residue off of asphalt, brick, concrete, and wood.
